About us:


My name is Sara, born and raised in Ecuador. My husband is Jose, born and raised in Puerto Rico. We both went to culinary school and we graduated with from Johnson Wales University. We moved from Miami in 2016. My husband, Jose, was the Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach and was then transferred and promoted to Atlanta as the Executive Chef of the JW Marriott. He has now worked for the company for 15 years. I worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group for 11 years and recently moved to another restaurant. We have always worked in the food service industry. As you all know COVID-19 affected everything and everyone. The hotel where my husband works is still closed, and the timeframe for opening was just delayed until the end of October. That is, if they open - we are hoping for the best, of course. We needed to start doing something, so we have started doing what we do best, baking and cooking at home. Two weeks ago, we decided just to put ourselves out there, starting with our neighbors, to see if people like our ideas and products. Just like we have always been committed to our jobs, now we are committed to you by guaranteeing a consistency and freshness to our products. We Bake a small amount of product because we are limited at home and we don’t use any preservatives - anything that will make the food last longer. In these two weeks we have been very happy with the results. Maybe one day we can even open a little shop or a little tiny café/restaurant because we bake, but we cook food even better. And we love and enjoy doing it, especially now that we have two little helpers (our kids) We are going to keep Working hard to make your Saturday Mornings more exquisite.
